Calculating the cost

Calculating the cost of grinding a stump is fairly easy. A little measuring and some simple math and you're done.

We charge $4.00 per inch, starting at $150-$250. Measure the diameter (width) of the stump at ground level, root to root, including the hump to grade level. Always measure the widest point of the stump.

Don't worry about pricing

If you don't have a tape measure or if it's inconvenient to measure your stumps, send us a photo. Use a phone book, dollar bill, or other item of known size for scale (place it on top of the stump), and we can estimate the stump size from that photo.
